ABOUT DESIREE
As a Ventura County Native, Desiree truly understands what the communities of the Conejo Valley and surrounding areas have to offer. As a Daughter of Entrepreneurs, she quickly figured out her fit would be in Real Estate. Desiree was introduced to Real Estate at an early age after becoming an investor herself. After purchasing and renovating several of her own properties she also has a keen design eye and understands the renovation process from ideation to completion of the project which has helped Clients fine tune design touches on properties prior to selling or purchasing. After many years in the business, she brings an abundance of unparalleled knowledge, and creativity to her toolbox by servicing Clients and guiding them through one of their largest investments of their lives. Desiree utilizes her market knowledge and intuitive sense of space to sell homes, using innovative presentation to give properties the best possible market position with Buyers & Sellers in negotiating a successful deal.
ABOUT TREY
Born and Raised in Southern California, Trey has resided all over Los Angeles, from Westlake Village to the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Growing up in a family of Real Estate Investors, he was introduced to Real Estate at a very young age. While attending Arizona State University he also simultaneously worked his way up the corporate ladder from Experiential Marketing Intern to Marketing Executive for Cardenas Marketing Network, Inc. the largest minority owned brand experiential marketing agency in the United States. He led experiential marketing/brand partnership initiatives for iconic consumer brands such as Anheuser Busch Inbev, Diageo, and Verizon Wireless to name a few. During his tenure at CMN he was able to service and work along side C-Suite Personnel, Industry executives, and Talent. After 11 years as a marketer, Trey transitioned into a career in residential real estate and has yet to look back. His entrepreneurial spirit, high caliber client service experience, and business acumen has helped him hit the ground running.

THE CONEJO VALLEY
The Conejo Valley is a unique suburban pocket located approximately 25 minutes from Malibu, and 30 minutes from the city of Los Angeles. The area features acres of protected nature conservancies for biking, hiking, and horse enthusiasts. Luxury homes in the Conejo Valley are some of the most impressive in Southern California. CALABASAS
Calabasas is an affluent community on the outskirts of the San Fernando Valley. It is home to numerous celebrity residents seeking privacy from the limelight and paparazzi in Calabasas’s luxurious gated communities. Calabasas is located at the gateway to the Santa Monica Mountains between Woodland Hills and Agoura Hills. Just on the other side of the Santa Monica Mountains lies Malibu’s pristine stretches of coastline. It is zoned as part of the Las Virgenes Unified School District which is one of the highest ranked districts in the state. Woodland Hills borders Calabasas to the east and is home to the Woodland Hills Country Club.
MALIBU
"27 Miles of Scenic Beauty," is what the signs proclaim that are dotted along the Pacific Coast Highway, arguable the most beautiful coastline in North America. Past Surfrider and Zuma beach with their warm and sandy shores, around Point Due from which one can see Catalina Island, and through the canyons that lead down to the Trancas Country Market. The appeal is irresistible and falling in love is inevitable. The highlands and beaches of Malibu are filled with protected areas of great natural beauty. There is always a deserted little beach tucked away in a cove for you to discover and plenty of grassy wildflower-covered hills for you to explore. LOS ANGELES
The city of Los Angeles is the most populous city in the state of California. LA is known for its Mediterranean climate, ethnic and cultural diversity, Hollywood Entertainment Industry, and its sprawling metropolitan area. This city truly has something to offer everyone. Downtown Los Angeles is seeing a return to glory with high-profile museums, new-construction condo towers, buzzing hotels and a dining scene that rivals any in America. There's chef Josef Centeno's restaurant collection (including the elegant Orsa & Winston) in the revitalized Old Bank District, Ori Menashe's white-hot Bestia and Bavel in the Arts District and David Chang's stunning Majordomo on the edge of Chinatown. Add in mass transit, a lively coffee-shop scene, an emerging arts scene and all the events at L.A. Live and the Staples Center, and you've got a history-rich area that feels like the future. Home to the Sunset Strip and its lively nightlife and entertainment options, West Hollywood is one of the most energy-packed parts of Southern California. Los Feliz is one of the most diverse neighborhoods Los Angles has to offer, curating an ultra-cool attitude in this affluent hillside community.
